If you develop a product using Ta-da’s services and software

Ta-da may collect data that is strictly necessary for the purposes of usage reporting, billing, fraud prevention and detection. The legal basis for this is Ta-da’s legitimate interest in bookkeeping for accounting and invoicing.

The data provided to the Ta-da platform and to users for the execution of the services remains at all times the property of the customer requesting the services. Ta-da and the users who perform the services requested by the customer may not at any time use or store the data for any purpose other than that of the performance of the services. Thus, the data cannot be stored and used for personal purposes by the user.

Who does Ta-da share your personal data with?

Ta-da may share your personal data with our service providers who help us fulfill the purposes described above. We may also share your information with competent authorities for legitimate reasons. If this involves your data being stored or accessed from outside of the EU, we will make sure we implement adequate measures to secure the data transfer, such as a data transfer agreement based on the EU Commission’s model clauses.

How long does Ta-da keep your information?

Ta-da’s services are not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.

Your rights

You have the right to contact us, rectify or erase your personal data or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability, each under the conditions detailed in the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, and to give us instructions on how to process your personal data in the event of your death. Specific Voice and Image Provisions

In the context of certain services requested by customers, the user performing these services or jobs may be required to film himself. As the services or jobs offered by Ta-da’s clients are not compulsory, the user is free to accept or refuse the services, including those incorporating a photographed or filmed part. In the event that the user accepts a job involving filming or photographing themselves, you authorize the client and Ta-da to use the videos and photos in the context of the use cases described in the requested services.

The user by agreeing to perform a service or job on behalf of a Ta-da client is in accordance with the following statements:

“The user authorizes Ta-da to use the videos and voice recordings provided through jobs that I have freely consented to perform, and the acceptance and execution of a job can always be accepted or rejected by the users.

As a beneficiary of this authorization, Ta-da will only use the recordings and videos provided in the context of the activities and use cases described by Ta-da. This data will not be kept by Ta-da beyond the time necessary to perform the job

Ta-da expressly refrains from using videos and recordings that may infringe privacy or reputation, as well as any other harmful use.

I acknowledge that I am fully satisfied with my rights and I will not be entitled to any remuneration or compensation for the exploitation of the rights referred to herein. I warrant that I am not bound by any exclusive contract relating to the use of my image and/or voice.

I hereby waive any right to sue Ta-da for the use of my image and/or voice in accordance with this Agreement.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I have the right to request access to my personal data, rectification or erasure of it, restriction of the processing of my data, the right to object to the processing of my data and the right to data portability. I can exercise these rights by contacting Ta-da at contact@ta-da.io”
