All companies that work with machine learning algorithms require large amounts of data to train their models. Unfortunately, there is currently no completely satisfactory solution. To address this challenge, we are launching our own platform that allows companies to collect data from a community of paid users for the purpose of producing and verifying this data. We use blockchain technology because it allows us to achieve hard-to-reach goals, such as raising a quality community, paying users across the world, ensuring the security of user funds, and tracking data.

As our Chief Technical Officer (CTO), your primary mission is to lead the technical development and strategic direction of our micro-tasking mobile application. You will be responsible for overseeing the integration of blockchain technology, ensuring the platform's scalability, security, and efficiency. You will work closely with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and drive community engagement. Your role will involve translating business goals into technical requirements, managing the technical roadmap, and ensuring the successful delivery of all technical projects. Additionally, you will be the technical authority on design and implementation, making key technology choices, and upholding the highest standards of security and technical excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Your Skills

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in the tech industry.

• Expertise in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making.

• Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications.

• Strong background in serverless application development.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.

• Experience with decentralized platforms and tokenomics.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Understanding of data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
