Your Responsibilities

As the Head of Communication, you'll be tasked with building teams, elaborate strategies, and overseeing all global communication efforts for the Ta-da. It's crucial that these activities align with the company's values and adhere to web3 principles.

What you will do:

• Develop a worldwide communications strategy for the Ta-da, based on web3 principles and our values.

• Interpreted and popularized the features of the technical teams to communicate.

• Increasing our online presence and outreach through various communication mecanism.

• Manage web3 communications, covering AMA coordination, organizing community managers, and maintaining a distinctive web3 branding.

• Coordinate, track & analyze PR efforts by collaborating with PR teams to align press releases and media contacts, including Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management.

• Manage editorial planning, ensuring it's consistently well-maintained and thoughtfully anticipated.

• Bring your creativity to the table, generating fantastic ideas and possibilities for our community and customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Build the team and manage all communication departments.

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans and campaigns that align with Ta-da values & web3 rules.

• Lead the development and implementation of PR strategies, including media relations, press releases, and other public relations activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (KOL, PR, …) to ensure effective communication. (EXT)

• Play a key role in building, expanding, strengthening, and maintaining a consistent brand tone.

• Find, implement and monitor the best KPI's for Tada's communication.

Your bring with you

• A minimum of 3 years working in management roles communications, preferably in web3 & technologies.

• Build a well-established team, manage it and grow it with our values.

• Passionate about blockchain/web3/crypto-currencies and associated web3 values.

• Experience in global project management is essential, preferably in web3.

• You know how to manage priorities and have a great capacity for work.

• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.

• You speak at least 2 languages, a third is a nice bonus.
