As the Head of Community Development, your role will involve constructing communities for the Ta-da project on the global web3 stage. Your responsibility extends to organizing and ensuring the efficient management of these communities.

Your Responsibilities

Develop the growth of a worldwide community around the Ta-da project, executing a global strategy perfectly aligned with our vision to ensure explosive hypergrowth and widespread adoption of the project.

• Form and lead associated community teams, establishing unique links between you and the teams responsible for being at the heart of the communities depending on the country.

• Create a vibrant community of blockchain enthusiasts, web3 and end-user micro-taskings, leveraging existing and new community channels globally.

• Collaborate intensively with external partnership teams to nurture relationships with key community players.

Your Skills

• You have a proven experience in successfully building a worldwide community in Web3.

• You have an immense work capacity, and you enjoy advocating for the community and its growth.

• You are familiar with all marketing tools and mechanisms to develop a community from 50k to 500k.

• You have a deep understanding of the blockchain world, the social codes of the Web3 community, and cryptocurrency.

• You have prior experience in multi-site management to handle different communities.
